Hello. I have a basic, normally closed damper and. Nest thermostat in a room. The idea is to set the Nest temperatures and if it is below or above a certain temp to open the damper. The damper only has 2 wires, one for demand and a common. Currently this set up works. However I need to swap the command wire between seasons on the Nest since the thermostat does not provision for a jumper between W1 and Y1. Pic below is my winter set up. When the temp falls below set temp, the damper opens. During the summer, I reposition the white wire to the Y1 spot.
Is there another input that I can use that will open the damper below a certain temp in the winter as well as open when above a certain temp in the summer?
