You have a conventional HVAC system and you have a heat pump with auxiliary heat. The wires in use are 

Rh/Rc - Red Wire - Power 24Vac

C Blue Wire - Power Common 24Vac

O - Orange Wire - Heat Pump Change Over Valve

Y1 - Yellow Wire - Compressor Relay

G - Green Wire - Blower Fan Relay

W1 - White Wire - Auxiliary Heat Relay
