Best going on

Nest is going on by itself- this I’m sure has cost me money!!!! I have it all off and away and it is going on by itself! How are you going to compensate me????

Thanks for posting in the community! Sorry to hear that the Home/Away feature didn't work as you expected. No worries, help is here! I'd like to ask you a few question to gather more information:

 

  1. What Nest Thermostat model do you have?
  2. Have you checked if you have a schedule on your Nest Thermostat?
  3. Have you tried performing a Factory Reset?
