Best shows +2 hr to cool, not cooling

Hello, I’ve reset the scheduler, I’ve turned off eco friendly and it is 85 degrees in our home and it’s summer. Show +2 hr to cool… but temp not going down at all after a couple hours. Just running.

• What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
• Is your system blowing cool air?
• How is your Nest Thermostat wired?
