Black screen nest thermostat

I have the model 3.7 Nest learning thermostat and recently I started getting a black screen and in the app it’ll say disconnected from wifi. Even when I tap on the screen of the unit it won’t light up. Nothing else in my house is disconnecting from wifi.  

I do have a common wire hooked up, this unit has been working with no issues for about a year.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. Please charge your Nest Learning Thermostat using a micro USB cable for at least an hour. Please let me know once done.
