Hello. I have completed a google form provided in an earlier post regarding a broken heat link.
My heat link is broken. There are no lights showing. I have tried all of the resetting/restoring instructions to no avail. I have checked the fuse downstairs, all fine.
I completed a google form (last week) posted in another community group about the same issue, who suggested a new heat link could be sent out. I have received no contact from google.
Consequently, I have no heating as a result and am confused as to the process of seeking help to get urgent support. It is winter. Please help.

I'll do my best to help. Could you help me with some answers to these questions?
How long has your thermostat been installed for?
Did the issue happen during the installation?
Is there any error on the Nest thermostat display?
Have you had any power cuts recently?
Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
If yes, was the power properly restored at the fuse board after work was done?
How many zones ( thermostats ) are present in the setup?
