CONNECT OLD NEST TO GOOGLE NEST

I HAVE A 2 YESR OLD NEST THAT WAS HOOKED UP TO MY PHONE, I BOUGHT NEW NEST THROUGH GOOGLE, BUT IT BOOTED MY OLDER NEST, HOW DO I RECONNECT
