Can I instal in a different location to my existing Thermostat

This is probably an obvious question, however, after reading the info available and trying to contact Google I still don't know the answer.

Right now I have a thermostat which is located right next to the boiler. This is causing issues as its the warmest room in the house. If I buy a nest thermostat or the e thermostat, can I locate it in another room to where the existing thermostat is located, without the need for an installer to completely relocate the location of the existing thermostat?

Sorry for the late response here, but I wanted to check in to see if you were still looking for answers on this or if you found someone to help you out. If you still need help, let me know and I'll be happy to work on this with you. At first glance, you would probably run into similar issues since you'll need to be using the same wiring as your current thermostat, so unless you run the wiring to a different location, the Nest thermostat will more than likely be affected in the same way.
