Can a desktop/PC be used for controlling the Google/ Nest Learning Thermostat?

Hi @reveresbest 

After you set up the devices using the Nest app you are able to control them through the website: https://home.nest.com/ 😀

Tell me the real question is why would you want to? If you have it on the app, you have access to the thermostat over the Internet cloud wherever you go. It’s a lot easier to carry my phone around then it is to carry my laptop around.
