Can’t access hot water function

I’ve set my replacement nest 3rd generation learning up 3 times now and every time I’ve finished setting it up, it doesn’t give me an option to control the hot water. Am I doing something wrong????

Thanks for reaching out to us here @asalt62289 . I would be happy to try and assist you with this.

Go to Settings> Equipment> Pro Setup. Go through the settings there and eventually you will reach the hot water control page. When you are there, make sure to set it to On/Off control. Finish the setup, go back to the main screen and you should now see the hot water control option.
