My Google nest is connected to my phone and my choices are cool or off where is the heat?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Could you tell us the type of Nest thermostat you have? If possible, send us a photo of your baseplate wiring so I can take a closer look. Also, what country are you located in?

@Kim1224, I appreciate your effort in trying to add a photo here. But I wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

On your thermostat itself, remove the display from its base by pulling it off, and check that the wire connected to W/W1 is properly connected and the tab is pushed down. Please note: turn off the power from your HVAC system at your breaker box before touching the wires.
