Can’t get entry key

My nest thermostat is linked to my wifi but I can’t connect it to my app. I cannot get the entry key. It is not displayed in the settings where it is supposed to be

Having same problem

There are instructions to get it from setting.  Go there and it says already connected.

It is connected to wifi

I can’t connect to my phone.

Mine says it's already connected so I can't get the key. Previous homeowner says he has disconnected but not change on unit. Any advice?

On menu where it says “Nest App” mine says “None”.  I can’t find how to fix this to be able to get to the menu level to request an Entry Key.
