I just bought a learning thermostat with two temp sensors. I cannot get the thermostat to connect to the assisting device. I was sent a Nest Max Hub in the mail from, I assume Google, completely out-of-the-blue. I may have set it up incorrectly. This is all very confusing.
I am stuck as to what to do. I am going in circles trying to install the thermostat.
Can anyone plese help? It's getting cold...
