My Nest App stopped showing my nest thermostat and I cannot get it back. Still works on my wife’s phone though. When I launch the app, I see my pic and home and away. When I try to add the thermostat through the setup process looking for the device code, it says the device already has an account. I am the original owner. Any thoughts where to go from here??

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry to hear about what's happening.
We could check a couple of things for us to further isolate the issue. Open the Nest app from your wife's phone, verify the username being logged in. Try to log the same username on your own phone and check if it's going to show the devices.
Also, go to https://bit.ly/3gW4i8w and log in using your own account and check if your devices will show up. If you've created a structure, make sure to select the right structure name from the app.
