Like many, I am owed a refund by Google. I have spent countless hours and sent numerous emails back and forth and still no resolution. The last email I have from Google support siad that they delivered the returned device on 9/25 @ 11:12pm and once confirmed by the warehouse, I can expect a credit in 3-5 days (14 at the most). It's now 11/12/24 (almost 2 months later) and I have not received my refund. How long does it take to get confirmation (btw, prior to this email, they simply said I was going to be issued a refund in 3-5 days and had not mentioned anything about warehouse confirmation). This is entirely unacceptable and amounts to fraud. Has anyone here had success in getting their refund for a returned defective device?

Same thing happened to me. It’s crazy to think Apple are one point with it, and Google can barely get this process right.

You ask how long!
Well to give you an idea, I am still waiting for Google to return my door bell, and that was back in 2020!!! I gave up in the end, they need the money more than I do obviously!

Did you ever get a refund? Google has not provided me a refund for an item for a year now, yet they keep tell me someone will be in touch. If enough people are due refunds there could be a class action law suit. At this point it is becoming about principle.
