About a week ago my wife and I were not able to log in to the nest.. we have a 2nd Gen Nest which we’ve had for years with no problems till now. I changed password and used the google account to log in. I get the house icon on my phone but when I click on it hoping to see the thermostat to make any changes, nothing happens. Help!

Let me start by asking you if you tried to perform a reset on your thermostat.
Is your app and mobile software updated?
Could you share with me when this issue started?
