The Nest app does not allow us to complete the log in process using Google sign-in. When we enter the email address and press "next" we get a progress bar that flashes across the top of the sign-in page, but never progresses to where we would enter a password to complete the log-in. We can log in on Chrome using the email address independently and also the Google Home app, but not through the Nest app. This is hugely problematic b/c one member of the household is logged in via the app which means when that person leaves the home, Nest switches to Eco mode bc it believes the house is empty. We are having this problem on every other iOS device we try.
How do we fix this and successfully log in?
