This is a community forum, where most replies and answers come from other customers, who would need more of an explanation of your situation in order to comment.
Did you have an old Nest Account from before August 19, 2019 that you just migrated to a Google Account? Are you able to log into the Google Nest app and the Google Home app? Are you unable to see your thermostat in either app? If you have more than one "home/structure", is the thermostat missing in all of your "homes/structures"?
You could also try contacting Google Nest Support:
