Change filter frequency

Change filter reminder is set to every 6 months. How can it be changed to every 90 days?

I am pretty sure that typically a Nest Thermostat will remind for a filter change based on when the system runs. I don't think it is set to a specific passage of time, but instead is based on run-time. If your HVAC system runs more often reminders will be more frequent. If it doesn't run very often reminders will be further apart.
