Change wires from Honeywell T6861 to Nest Leran thermostat

I would like to change my Honeywell thermostate to Nest but the wires seems a miss and not ccompitable.

Thanks for replying! I checked the photo you posted. Unfortunately, based on the wiring, your system isn't compatible with the Nest Thermostat. My recommendation is to contact a local HVAC technician to see if your system can be rewired to make it compatible.
