Changing password without having the phone number

I need Help change my password on my Google/gmail account  because I. Don’t have that phone number anymore me I need help bc someone is hacking into my account

One of the limitations of 2-factor authentication is that, when changing phone numbers, you need to temporarily turn off 2FA before changing your phone number, and then turn it back on after you have your new phone number.
