Changing temperature

I can’t seem to change the temperature with my thermostat. I have tried on the app and physical thermostat and it seems like it won’t change. I changed my made to heat but it won’t turn on.

Thanks for posting and sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Could you confirm if the temperature is changing on the app or the thermostat's display, or you are unable to change the temperature at all as there is no up or down option?
