Cold Air on Heat Mode

In heat mode, only cold air blows out. My filters are clean and brand new so I’m assuming it’s something with the thermostat. What can I do to fix this? Thank you!

I am sorry to hear you are also running into the issue. Do you mind me asking, do you happen to know if you have a Heat Pump system? I have found an article with some troubleshooting steps on strange cooling/heating behavior. Please let me know if that helps.

If you have a heat pump system, I would recommend following this article here, as you may just need to change the O/B wire settings in the device. Please let me know if you have any trouble from here, or if the system is still cooling instead of heating.
