Combining two nest thermostat on two HVAC system

Hi,
I have a business with two HVAC systems in one big room. I always had two different thermostats, one for each. Now I replaced the old ones to the Nest Learning Thermostat. Is there any way to have them synced together? Or do I need to control each one separately?
