Your system is compatible with any of the Nest thermostats.

Try this wiring.

Red - RC to Rc or R

Yellow - Y to Y1 or Y

Green - G to G

White - W/E to W1 or W

Blue - C to C

The "or" is for the Google Nest Thermostat wiring.
