I asked this question in another thread withought realizing it was inappropriate conduct in this forum. My bad. I'm trying to determine if I have a compatibility issue or if the wiring is incorrect and hoping someone has a helpful solution.
Installed the nest thermostat and it would only blow cold air. Set up twice with a factory reset in between using blue wire in B and then in C. Both had same result. I'd love some constructive suggestions before I give the thermostat away. The Pic below is the old thermostat. TIA.

Look to see how the blue wire is terminated at the terminal block on the control board in the furnace/air handler. Does it go to a C terminal or something else?
I almost want to say it goes to something else, but I can't say for sure.
If it goes to the C terminal, give this a try.
Red - R to R (jumper to Rc not needed)
Blue - B to C
Green - G to G
Yellow - Y to Y
White - W to W
When asked which wires are you using, select these.
R, C, G/G1, Y/Y1, and W/W1
If it goes to something else, give this a try.
Red - R to R
Blue - B to */OB
Green - G to G
Yellow - Y to Y
White - W to W
When asked which wires are you using, select these.
R, B, G/G1, Y/Y1, and W/W1
Be sure to do a factory reset.

Hey folks,
Thanks again for your detailed response, Patrick_Caezza.
CDalton, I'm jumping in here to check if everything is good now with your Nest thermostat. Have you tried Patrick's suggestion above already?
