Compatability

I am trying to see if a Google Nest is compatible with the current wire setting I have on the picture above.

Seems my like I have O terminal for reversing Valve

Your system is compatible with any of the Nest thermostats

Give this wiring a try.

White - W2 to W2 or W

Green - G to G

Orange - O to OB or */OB

Blue - B to C

Yellow - Y to Y1 or Y

Red - RC to Rc (jumper to R not needed)

The "or" is for the Google Nest Thermostat
