Hi, can anyone tell me if my wiring is compatible with the nest learning thermostat?

Looks compatible to me? Only difference is there will not be a jumper from R to RC. Just put that wire to R on the new stat. All other wires will go to the same letter terminals they are in now (including your R)

Hello. I believe the Nest Learning Stat is compatible with my old wiring but wanted someone to confirm that before I opened the package. There is a jumper wire from Y to W and I'm not sure what that means. Thank you!

Hi Jake,

Yes, all good to go for me. I spoke with Nest directly and they said all jumper wires are not needed and to remove them. I am loving my Nest.
