Here's a picture of my current system wiring. Is it compatible with this model?

No, your current thermostat is only compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat, 3rd Gen.

Wire it like this

Blue - C to C

Red - R to Rc

Orange - O to OB

White - W2 to W2 (set as AUX heat)

Green - G to G

White - E to * (set and emergency heat)

Yellow - Y1 to Y1
