Compatibility check says compatible but not in setup app

Hi there,

I’ve combed the forum for a similar configuration but no luck.

Compatibility Checker says it’s fine, app says nope.

Tried to attach an image but here’s a description:

Left side: C (blue wire), W (white wire)

Right side: RH and RC (jumper cable loop, red wire, RC has another red wire going into it, G (green wire), Y (yellow wire).

First time doing this, so thank you in advance!

First check which model of thermostat you have or are looking to buy: You can check here:

How to tell which Nest thermostat you have - Google Nest Help

Your setup should be compatible with Nest Thermostat (2020), Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd or 4th gen, or Nest Thermostat E if you're in the UK or Europe.

When entering the cables into the appropriate app, don't enter the RH wire. Nest Thermostats don't use jumper wires, don't connect them to your Nest Thermostat.
