Compatibility question

Good morning.  I’m trying to check compatible but wiring is confusing on current system.  Any help is appreciated!

There is G and O connection.  RH and RC jumper.  There is also a wire that connects to W AND Y.

Thank you!

Based on those wires, it should be compatible with any model of Nest Thermostat, assuming it does not have stranded wires, or thick, stranded wires connected by wire nuts, and is not labelled 110V or 120V.

If you choose to buy the Nest Thermostat (2020 model) setup in the Google Home app, you should be aware that you will also require the Nest Power Connector or a common ("C") wire. Based on your system and wiring setup or your use of a zone controller, you’ll need the Nest Power Connector or a C wire to use this thermostat. Be sure to add a Nest Power Connector to your cart. See g.co/nest/cwire for details.

As for the jumper wire, Nest Thermostats don't use jumper wires, so don't enter that into the app during setup.
