I'd like to jump in here and check if you've seen Patrick_Caezza's response. As Patrick's mentioned, your system uses a proprietary wiring configuration and it is not compatible with Nest thermostat.

I mean York thermostat model 1BCE03686LCD is it 24V?

Where is the concern in installation, as your york has 4 wires and should workً with nest!!
