Your system is compatible.

Try this wiring.

White - AUX to W (set as Aux Heat)(Jumper to E not needed)

Yellow - Y to Y

Green - G to G

Orange - O to O

Red - R to R

When asked which wire your have select these - Y/Y1, G/G1, R, C, O, and Other

Hello everyone,

I wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Thanks for your assistance here, Jenelyn.

@Rml2020, to ensure this, please make sure that all wires are properly connected and the tabs are pushed down. The power from your HVAC system at the breaker box is turned on.

For the Nest Learning Thermostat or the Nest Thermostat E:

  1. Press and hold the thermostat screen for 10 seconds until it shuts down to refresh.
  2. Once turned on, proceed with the initial setup.
  3. You can opt out of selecting the Nest App and Internet Connection options to configure your system until you reach the last option.
  4. After the initial setup, go to Settings > Network.
  5. Connect to your preferred Wi-Fi network.
  6. When it's online, proceed by adding it to the Nest app by selecting the Nest App option in settings

For the Nest Thermostat 2020 model:

  1. Remove the display from its base.
  2. Take out the batteries for at least 3 minutes before plugging them back in to restart.
  3. Open the Google Home app and proceed by adding it.
    1. Make sure to select the appropriate wires as suggested for how you should install them.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,
Mark

Thanks, Mark!  This just might do it.  I will try it next time I am at that home
