Connected based on setup and blowing cold air.

I connected the device based on the setup prompts. The unit is taking its time charging but is able to set temp. However, the system is blow cold air. What am I doing wrong?

Heat Type: Heat Pump, Gas Furnace, Boiler

Please post the picture you took of the old thermostat and its wiring along with a screenshot of your Nest wiring.
