Connection issues for nest thermostat

I have a nest learning thermostat that was synced with my iPhone and iPad.  I purchased a new iPhone and iPad and now cannot get the thermostat to connect to either one.  I want to be able to look at it while I’m away but cannot do that now.  Please help.

The easy way is to add your new items is in the ''Add family''. All is explained in the user manual.

Give it a try to see if that helps.

They are easily available on the Google site to view or download.

Also, our thermostats require only a one-time setup. If nothing was changed on it, you just need to download the Nest app on your new iPhone and iPad then make sure to log in using the same email address and password you're using on your old mobile devices.
