I have a new iPhone 15, and nest does not show me inside temperatures. My husband has sent me an invite to connect to our account and it still does not work. His works fine.  Any suggestions what I should do?

Thanks for reaching out. I'd like to take a closer look at it. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Also, in what country are you located? Please ensure that Local Network Access is enabled for your Nest or Home app.

Check out the guide below:

1. On the iOS device's home screen, tap Settings.
2. Tap Privacy Local Network.
3. On the list of apps, turn on Local Network Access for the Nest or Home app.
