Cool Schedule changes won’t save

I have been trying to change the temperatures in the Cool Schedule but my changes do not save. All the instructors I’ve read say “hit done” when finished. There is no “Done” button in my Cool Schedule. Any ideas how to save changes?

What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? If you have the Nest Learning Thermostat or the Nest Thermostat E, follow this guide. If you have the Nest Thermostat 2020, follow this guide to save changes to your cooling schedule.
