Cooling Mode issues

I cannot find the cooling mode on the app or on the thermostat. Can somebody please help? I’m melting!!

Hi DrJJ, 

 

Thanks for posting here Community, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. If the cooling mode option doesn't appear on the app or on the Nest Thermostat, I advise you to turn off your power breaker to your HVAC system, then remove and then reconnect your Nest Thermostat's Y/Y1 wire. Let us know if that works.

Thank you zoeuvre! I did what you suggested and reloaded the thermostat. It’s working now.
