Cooling issues

My Nest is set at 65 but it is 78 in my house. Has been all day. It isn't cooling. Not sure why

 Air conditioner only 3 years old. Can someone help me?

Is it possible that Home/Away Assist is turned on?  If so, the Nest may believe you're not at home so it's cooling only to Eco temperature.  If you turn Home/Away Assist off, does it cool to 65?
