Hi21
Community Member

Hi my ac is running at a setting of 72 but stays on 84 degrees. Please help...I have tried updating softwate, charging base, and resetting network connection. It appears the threads dont give much support but decided to give it a shot as we are burning up in the middle of the night!! Thanks

No it's still blowing air but it's not cold air. It's was 76 in the house and 71 outside.

Hey knorton87,

I am sorry to hear you are still running into the issue. Let's jump in and ensure you are good to go, and everything is working properly from here. Do you mind me asking if you are seeing any messages/error codes on your device? Have you checked the device's temp schedule?

I did find a helpful article with some troubleshooting steps for strange heating/cooling behavior. Please let me know if that helps out, as I want to ensure you are good to go.

Best regards,

Jake
