Cooling when not in schedule or an automatic mode

I have tried everything, factory reset, forced it to heat to a certain temperature every hour, disabled all auto everything. This thing will randomly switch from heat to cool in the dead of night and cool the house down. There is no cooling on the schedule at all. It's 31 degrees F out tonight, and this ridiculous thing was running my AC. I've tried every way to word that issue in Google and can't find anyone with the same problem. I've had this thermostat since 2020, and this has never happened. I just need some answer as to why it would be forcing the cooling on when it is absolutely not on any auto mode, not scheduled to, and when it's freezing outside.

The simple answer is , it can't do that unless someone else has control and is changing the setting.  Does anyone else have access to your Google home / nest account?  Anyone else living in the house that could be changing it automatically?
