@CristianC Please unlock the thread titled "Home/Away Assist, returning home always stuck in eco mode" you locked earlier. It has been commented on daily for months, your post is not accurate and the thread should be unlocked

I second this motion, there have been comments daily and over the past few weeks it's been VERY busy.
There are many members of this particular thread who are actively supporting the newer members into configuring the workaround, WHICH WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DO!
Whilst I'm assuming that you may perhaps be making reference to the original poster as not having much input of late, the relevance of the entire thread is 100% relevant as Google have failed to acknowledge that there is a problem. If you fail to unlock the thread you can be certain that I will revive it with a new thread and will continue to have input until such time as Google sees fit to ACTUALLY resolving this without making us all keep going around in circles following the totally pathetic support and hoops that you keep making us jump through, without any resolution whatsoever.

Yes this thread is very active and I think has more contributions than any other thread. What on earth are you looking at to say that 'It's been a while since this thread was last updated so I'll go ahead and lock this thread' ChristianC ??

That’s Googles answer, lock the thread when they cannot fix it - shameful

I submit that everyone of the regular contributors to this and the previous thread and the newcomers find an avenue to complain about our shoddy treatment from Google.
Ironically, just been watching the news about the postmasters in UK who have been battling for years to clear their collective names over the Horizon scandal. Where a computer error suggested they were embezzling money from the past office. Some received prison sentences, some committed suicide, many were shamed and families destroyed all through a computer glitch. The past office are saying they can't cope or compensate those affected beyond what they've already paid out. Google take note, if we pursue our grievance to it's natural conclusion, do you honestly believe that despite you're dominance in the world wide stage you will be seen as having no case to answer in this debacle. I sincerely hope not. So please get your finger out of your back side and provide us with a solution ASAP. Then we can all go on with our lives.
Yes, this is another rant from me but at the end of the day we need to stand up to this kind of shoddy treatment from the likes of Google.

Hello everyone,
At your request, I unlocked the thread. We can continue there. To avoid spam, I'm going to lock this one instead.
