Customer Service - no response

Hi, I need to speak with someone regarding my Nest Thermostat, it was working perfectly but then it lost the ability to connect with the Wifi. It still functioned via bluetooth, however now it is completely broken. It constantly powers down and states that it needs to re-charge, even though it is constantly plugged in. I have tried alternative cables and charging points but nothing works. I tried to raise an automated claim via the warranty checker but I have never received a response since 2 months.

I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you. Let me help you out. Just a few questions: Are you getting any error messages when you try to connect to your WiFi? Have you tried doing a factory reset on your Nest thermostat? If not, here is a link on how to restart or reset a Nest thermostat.
