I find that Google customer service is absolutely horrible. Granted I'm older than dirt and am able to navigate a little on my computer but I really like to haver help from a live person and now I can't even call you folks on my phone ( thats about the extent of my expertise on the phone }. I'm getting rid of my nest tomorrow

If you use the "Contact us" link and instructions included in the post below, you should have an option for a phone callback (depending on your locale and time of day), allowing you to talk to someone in Support. For some reason, Google Nest does not publish any Support phone numbers.
