Hello. I’ve had a replacement refurbished Nest 3rd gen Learning Thermostat that you guys exchange for me for about one month now , but this refurbish it started showing error code W5 30 days after the technician installed it , this one it's doing the same as the original one, it is not seeing my router or my mobile hotspot and I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps repeatedly.
