Display problems

My thermostat is located about a foot or so below my field of vision, when I first installed it I could see and read the display perfectly, be it when I did the software update I can no longer read the display unless I bend down and I am directly in front of it. How do I get it back to the way it was?

Hi Djslick,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with the display of your Nest Thermostat. If you have a Nest Learning Thermostat, you can go your thermostat's Settings > Brightness. Press the ring to adjust the brightness of your Nest thermostat's display. You can select low, medium, high, or auto.

Thanks,

Edward
