E-105 error

Keep getting an E105 error on Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Gen. 

i checked twice with App Diagram for wiring and where they should go. I match 100% and still get the error. Please help

Here is a pic of my old wiring, my app diagram and my actual set up BUT still getting Error.

Hey there, 

Sorry to hear about the issues that you're having with your thermostat, I'm sure it's confusing, but I'm happy to look into this for you. 

 

The E105 error means that your Nest Thermostat is not receiving power from your system. I would suggest reviewing this article for troubleshooting steps.
