E260 Error in Hot air, gas fired furnace

I have a Honeywell Thermostat with wiring as depicted. I hooked up the Nest and keep getting E260 error. The Blue wire is Common but the no power to Y continues. It is a heat only, forced hot air system. Any ideas?

Are you sure about this is Heat Only system?

The Yellow wire to Y is the signal to turn on the Air Conditioning system outside unit.

If you do not have AC and only Heat then just connect.

Red wire or might be brown hard to tell from your pic, to RH

Blue to C

White to W1

Green to G

Do not connect the Y if you do not have Air Conditioning.

Then tell the Nest the system type during setup.
