We just had a brief power outage of about 5 seconds. We have 3 nest learning thermostats attached to 2 systems (one is a single furnace with two zones). After the outage, the two thermostats attached to the 2-zone furnace show an e79 error code. I’ve confirmed that the breakers were not tripped and turned them off and on again to double check. Any advice before paying for an HVAC contractor?

Just pulled both units off the wall for a minute. When I plugged them back in the error message went away.
