Eco mode won’t update

I want to set my Eco mode to 16 degrees as we have pets at home and I don’t want the temperature dropping to the default 9 in the winter. 

I changed the eco temp on the app, and also on the device, but it always reverts back to 9 when eco mode is switch on. Any advice??

Uh-oh! If you're experiencing issues with the Eco mode temperature reverting back to the default setting of 9 degrees Celsius on your Nest Thermostat. Are you located in North America or Europe? What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? And is there a schedule that your thermostat follows?
